  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all locations within India.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS once your order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates: We partner with reputable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
    • Standard Shipping (Pan India): Estimated delivery within 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your specific location and city tier.
    • Note: Delivery times may be longer during sale periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure events like extreme weather or courier disruptions).

  • Shipping Costs:
    • Orders Above ₹1500: Free standard shipping.
    • Orders Below ₹1500 : A nominal flat shipping fee of ₹40 will be charged.
    • Note: Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can also track your order via the "[Track My Order](link to your track order page)" page on our website.

  • Receipt of Products & Damages:
    • Please do not accept the shipment if the packaging appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery.
    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will require subsequent proof, such as images of the product, packaging, and invoice, to process a replacement or full refund without additional charges.
    • We are not responsible for damages or misplacement post-delivery once the product title and risk have passed to you upon receipt.

  • P.O. Boxes and Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: We currently do not ship to P.O. box addresses. We advise entering the correct pin code during checkout to ensure smooth delivery. We reserve the right to pause deliveries to certain parts of the country at any time.
